Today, my partner was coming back to home on 80, still miles from home, and in an EV low on charge, so could not get home without more "charge," and I was at home, frantically searching on the magic internet for EV charging stations. It was dire. (We don't have a Te*la. We have an old Nissan Leaf.) And my increasingly desperate partner was parked in a parking lot, and happened to talk to some nice woman, who turned out to be the Mayor of Vallejo, Andrea Sorce! Who out of the goodness of her heart, as we are not voters in Vallejo, helped my partner get to a functioning charging station and saved us. THANK YOU TO MAYOR SORCE! Go Vallejo, home of nice and efficient people and a great mayor.

Expressing my thanks to the random guy turning right onto Macdonald from Harbour Way as I was turning left from Macdonald onto Harbour Way; he called out that my tire was low. He was right!! All four were low, and who knows, he might just have saved my life! Thank you unknown nice guy early evening on April 29th!
