Pinard Et Filles - Piscine Blanche
I'm a poor wine reviewer, so I can't say exactly what the tasting notes are... It has some texture, salinity and the acidity is quite well balanced. Overall pretty pleasant...of course the wine is no longer available to buy
Oh I've also kept it coravined for a couple of weeks taking out some here and there and it hasn't yet deteriorated

Candide
They changed their menu, and the maple mushroom/corn dish (not pictured) is absolutely incredible... Literally an 11/10. I felt a little bad that the next table didn't get to try it. The picture is the mozzarella cheese course with tomatillos and shishito.(As usual) Get the wine pairing....

Pinard et Filles - Pornfelder
Is this an acidic wine ? Yes. But infinitely more drinkable and enjoyable than L'Anglore to me(yes sorry I am still bashing l'anglore lol). Very juicy and actually still manages to be drinkable despite the acidity.

Had a chance to try these wines which apparently have a cult status ... But to be honest ,could not tell you today what most of them tasted like , as the dominant thing for me was the acid.
What am I missing.. to me these are just poorly made wines ( I've tasted wines I like.. but I also have this acidity issue with a lot of wines ) Am I genuinely missing something...

Gorgeous wine that is very juicy and tropical and tastes just like pineapple juice to me without the sugar.. hard to find and unfortunately only got one bottle, but I'll be getting more if I see it anywhere

Coravin and natural wines
I will repost here, because r/wine seems to hate natural wines. Have you found the coravin to work okay with any natural wines for up to a month? Or is it a waste of time? I can't seem to have any luck with what i drink, and i guess i have just accepted that it's not gonna work

What Copenhagen are vegetable forward (but not vegan)?
I've been to Geranium, ARC and Lupa and i am not looking to go back to those.
Would Alouette be a good pick? I have been to Marv and Ben and plan to go back there...
A lot of fine dining restaurants either prioritize protein dishes (fish), but the veggies are kind of not that present... I am not looking for vegan or vegetarian even (would not object to it though) just wanting to go somewhere that has a lot of produce on the menu.

Finally going to Sabayon
Managed to get a reservation at noon on the dot for a Thursday in July :)
I think you should have a credit card saved to your profile if you want to be able to do it, as the process needs to be completed in under 10-15 seconds to be able to get a spot. This is my first try booking it...so maybe no bots?
