My dad's "1978 Ford F-150 Ranger"

So TECHNICALLY it isn't a Ranger. Or a '78. It's made up of F-150's from 1978-1979 because the guy who built it owned a junkyard and used scrapped parts to put together one full truck. We swapped an '86 F-150 small-block but thats the only thing crazy that we've done to it. Paint was all done by the original owner in the late 90's. What do you guys think?

'01 Prelude Type SH project car. Is it worth it or junk?

These is the background that I know of it:
My uncle bought it awhile back

He's willing to give it to me for FREE if im willing to work on it (i am)

Sitting for 3-4 years
around 170k miles

Ran when parked. Last time it started up was probably a year or two ago.

Cracked windshield but no moisture or mold at all in the interior

A few parts that I know need replacement but I forget which ones

-
I know H22A4 engine parts are hard to find and expensive but I figured I would check here to see if this is a solid project car or if its junk.
(This is all the info/photos I have so sorry if I am not giving a lot of detail or unanswered questions.

Any tips on getting better at playing park or gaining rep faster?

I'm stuck in between bronze and silver plates, im a starter 3, with 3 builds at 90+. I still have never won a 2v2 game in the park and randoms in the 3s stink. I want to try and get up to a gold/purple plate and have a higher rep when 2k27 comes out. does anyone have any tips to improve my game?
