Has anyone started with South Lake and made the switch to a cheaper pharmacy? If so which did you choose and how was the transition? I have had very few side effects so making the switch worries me a bit. I need to find something cheaper as I am currently working with a private Dr who works with SLP. My experience has been amazing with my Dr and helped a lot when I first started and was super anxious about everything. He was literally one text away at almost any time of day to answer questions. It’s was 100% worth it to me at the time. Now I’m more comfortable and no longer feel the need to pay for the direct contact. I’m currently on tirz + B12.
This is my first time asking for almond shape. I’ve always done round or square in the past. What do you think about the shape of my vacation nails?
Hello tirz fam
I’m very happy with how my journey has progressed so far and this sub has been so encouraging and helpful. I’m almost 20 pounds down into my 80sih pound weight loss journey. I’m wondering how you all are handling the need for very temporary sized clothing? I’ve already got pants that won’t stay up on me and I’m only on week six. Even some of my leggings aren’t holding up. How do you guys handle needing new clothes knowing you might only wear them for a month or two? Any tricks to making what you already have last longer? I am so cheap when it comes to shopping for myself and have a hard time justifying buying anything new for myself when I’m not on a weight loss journey. I appreciate your feedback.
I want to add that I work in outside sales so how I present myself does matter 5+ days a week. So I can’t be wearing anything too oversized or undersized and such.
