Why my syngonium has lightly yellowing leaves? I have chunky soil and I don't water it too much

Please help what should I do, monstera Albo produces fully white leaves or with very little green spots, I removed other leaves that had turned brown and left 2 new leaves with the very first leaf.

The stem has some green so I still have hope?

Hi! I ordered white princess 3 months ago and the leaves are fully green, even the stem doesn't have any color but green.
