promo was submitted and approved, during q2. when will it take affect in phonetool? (upcoming promo) L4-5

Does anyone know when the Q2 promotions are announced. My manager confirmed that mine was approved and I also saw it on his monitor ( he jokingly said I wasn’t supposed to see that lol). I’m interested in knowing because I plan on transferring as soon as my title change

I had to appeal for my financial aid, which it was approved thankfully. But on workday it still shows that my loans are still cancelled, anyone have this issue? I emailed the financial aid office in Thursday about it but they still have not responded. Anyone knows how this works and how long would it take to reflect?
