How can I get more egoshards more efficiently and faster?

I've got 230 Yi sang shards and have finished the pass, so I'm wondering if there's any faster way/method to obtain more egoshard crates from either the pass or other methods (idk if it should be mentioned but I'm 9-20 in the story)

Like this mf is genuinely the most bullshit I've ever seen.
