In case some of you have a slightly old electric mirror that moves very erratically, and even gets stuck when putting reverse and auto adjusting, just use the mirror controls, move it all the way to the top until it starts clicking and jumping in the same place, then do the same moving it down. Keep it in each end clicking for around 5 secs and see if it improves. Repeat this until it either works like new or you confirm that it's actually broken (if this doesn't work). This is what Honda actually tells us to do to fix faulty electric mirrors.
