The new drawing I made is of Akemi; based on the legend of the carp that turns into a dragon, Akemi is a carp gradually transforming into a dragon, with her carp features fading away and giving way to dragon-like traits. I wasn't sure what color to use for her, but I opted for red to match her outfit.
I was having some difficulty making it, so I'm sorry if the anatomy is strange 😅
I was thinking about making some fan art for this series because I really like it, but since I'm still a beginner and struggle a lot with drawing humans, I decided to draw the characters as dragons instead.
Since most of the characters are Japanese, I chose to make them Eastern dragons (with the exception of Fowler).
And while thinking about that, I remembered the legend of a portal atop a waterfall—where carp that managed to swim up the falls and reach the gate would transform into dragons—so I decided to incorporate that concept into the drawings.
This is the first drawing I made—it’s of Ringo. He is still a carp that hasn't yet passed through the gate, but soon he will become a majestic dragon. I chose to give him more human features, though I figured that the more draconic the character became, the fewer human traits he would retain.

I already think she’s naturally beautiful—that’s undeniable—but in my opinion, those bangs make her look even more beautiful. Maybe it’s because she looks more androgynous or "free"; even if she looks more masculine, I’d still find her beautiful—honestly, she looks stunning like that.

Eu tinha recentemente comprado um mangá, e como todas as vezes que compro um novo eu resolve levá-lo a minha escola, para ler e mostrar as minhas amigas.
Essa pessoa, que vamos chamar só de 'B' era uma das que mais queria ler essa história, mas ela anteriormente já tinha comprado um outro volume, e bem, se ela quisesse ler o meu eu daria pra ela poder ler, não tenho problema em compartilhar livros, e etc com minhas amigas.
Só que meu mangá Sumiu, estava na minha mochila e não estava mais lá quando eu fui buscar.
E após investigação e pedir pra direção, o mangá foi achado justamente na mochila dessa amiga, provavelmente uma das mais próximas a mim, e bem, eu obviamente terminei minha amizade com ela, agora, ela e algumas amigas dela em quase toda oportunidade que tem elas parecem olhar pra nós como se fossemos erradas.
Eu sei que parece meio óbvio, mas como uma adolescente que pode exagerar por conta de um furto de um livro, então eu sou babaca por ter terminado a amizade?

He is a coconut dragon. You might be wondering why he is beige; it’s because the dragon's body is made of coconut water, and the coconut shell acts as a sort of protective casing for his organs. Each one has a name: Merah, Kuning, Ungu, Hijau, and Biru.

1: The Velveg Shimmerwing looks a bit like a bird; I don't have its classification, but it's probably a bird—though I can't say for sure which one.
2: The Gilded Gateleaper is a fish, but looking at it, you can't tell exactly what kind—maybe another type of carp?
3: Jewelbloom was one of the ones I understood the least, and in my opinion, it’s one of the ugliest; maybe it’s supposed to be a pigeon? But at the same time, it doesn't look like a bird.
4: Is the Little Stingwing a sea slug? It looks like one to me.
For starters, she doesn't speak English—that was the first hurdle—but to make matters worse, Fowler could "translate" for her; yet, if there’s anyone who lies, it’s that guy—he could change the translation whenever he felt like it. At best, she might find someone else to help her, but she’d need a lot of luck to find a Japanese speaker.
