Putting nsfw tag bc of bottom growth mention.
Whenever I pee, I tend to wipe around my bottom growth kinda aggressively by accident almost every time. Am I doing harm to my little guy down there without realizing? Will that cause issues with nerves down there too over time? Bc i’m worried it already has. Has it happened to anyone before? I’m just concerned.
I’m having top surgery in 2 weeks and decided to go nipple less as a trans man because I would like to avoid disappointment with uneven nipples, or bad healing results down the line. So, I’ve decided to go with tattooing my nipples when i’m past the first year mark. If anyone is willing to send their own results, i would really appreciate it so that I can look forward to it!
I’m trying to get a ticket for my friend in another state to watch spiderman on the opening evening but it’s not working and keeps saying “something unexpectedly went wrong. Please try again later.”

So far i’ve only been on T for about 5 months total (I think, would have to count my vials again). And I recently have been thinking about bottom surgery in the far future since it’s not a huge main cause of my dysphoria (mainly my chest which i’m getting rid of in September). I’ve seen a lot of good and not so good results for phallo and I know the process is incredibly difficult to guess what the outcome will look like, so I started considering metoidplasty? (I can’t remember what it’s called) because I kinda do prefer my t-dick more than phallo and might wanna get it extended or something. But my main question falls down to this:
Is there a surgery where they can remove the fat of the pubic mound that covers my t-dick? is there like lipo that can be done so that it can be a lot more visible without the mound there? Idk i just want to have my t-dick more visible without the annoying mound hiding it completely unless i pull it back.
