What do we know about career mode in NASCAR 26?

Hey everyone, so I’ve been out of the loop for a while, but I’m hoping to get back into NASCAR gaming when the new game comes out. Do we know if there’s been any update updates to the career mode? Like will you be able to start in the dirt series or do you start in Arca?

Thanks!

I may have found the Doomerism Final Boss

“Western civilization as we know it is dead” written by a woman who moved to Greece and now. “lives nomadically”

I couldn’t have written a better parody of this if I tried

Drip hydration does not know how to read the room

There’s a company called drip hydration that if you’ve overindulged in drink and you have a wicked hangover, they’ll send a nurse over to where you live to give you iv drip with electrolytes and anti-nausea meds, and apparently your back to your old self in an hour

I think they made this to copromote the new Michael movie… but there’s nobody on their ad team know the reason why Michael Jackson died?

Help with staying calm when I get my BP checked

Everyone, this is my first time here,

6’4”, 299 lbs., 299 lbs.

So I’ve always had a fear about getting my blood pressure checked. Partially because I have horrible fears of doctors and hospitals in general. About four years ago, I had a hypertensive emergency brought on by a horrible nosebleed. And it nearly gave me a stroke, according to the emergency room I was sent to

From that moment, I started taking my health more seriously, finally got a physical for the first time in years and the doctor put me on irbesartan along with a generic Prozac. And I was OK for a few years. But my fear about getting my blood pressure checked still remained. I can’t even check it at the house because I don’t know the trick on how to stay calm. My doctor would always take a check of mine at the beginning of the day then at the end of the physical they would do it again. Last time, which was last year that I had a physical. It was down to like 140/90.

Well, my last physical was on Friday and it was a comedy of errors. I’ve had a nosebleed that morning, but I was able to get it to stop so I went back to bed. I got up went to the doctor to have my physical and to go over my labs and my nose bleed started back up again because I was stressed out already. Well that made my stress even worse and that made my blood pressure even worse and I was like 180/110 or something. They couldn’t get my BP to come down or get my nose bleed to stop so I was sent to the emergency room. They put me on a Ativan drip and clonidine and I was able to get my BP back to normal and they sent me home and I have more or less slept and rested all weekend

I have to go back in two weeks to see if my blood pressure has begun to lower since the doctor has put me on a statin for high cholesterol and they’ve increased my blood pressure medicine to a 300 mg irbesartan with a 12.5 mg water pill to help me. My labs are not horrible and this is kind of been a wake up call for me to really get back into being healthy so I’m not drinking as much caffeine drinking a lot more water and when it start eating a lot better and walking every day during my lunch break, which is something I should’ve been doing anyway, but long story short my mother passed away a little over a year ago and it did a number on my psyche.

I need to know what is the trick to getting calm so a blood pressure check doesn’t scare me because I can’t keep going through this. They even gave me a special pill to take for “breakthrough hypertension” that I’m supposed to take should my BP go over 140/90 which I checked it last night and it was way above that because I’m still so nervous about this. But since they put me on my new meds, I’m a lot more calm. I’m actually a bit more fatigue, which is good since I’m guessing as your BP starts to lower and go to normal you get tired more easily as your body adjust to the new normal of your blood pressure.

I just need to know how to stay calm because I don’t wanna have to take a special pill since you want me to check it every night but I’d like to at least wait a week so I can let this new med that I’m on start taking affect

This is a long winded post and I apologize but any advice you could give me I would greatly appreciate
