TI-84 Plus LCD removal
How do you get the LCD out of a TI-84 Plus? It seems to be attached to a metal frame of sorts. I don't want to completely destroy the unit by blindly prying so I'm hoping someone here knows. Searches are fruitless.

What camera is good for this printer? Is there any benefit besides a time lapse video?
Casio: fx-9750GIII, fx-9850GB Plus, fx-CG50
TI: 83, 83 Plus Silver Edition, 84 Plus, 84 Plus Silver Edition, 92,92 Plus, V200.
Making more stands for my collection. This will be my longest print ever at 6.5 hrs.
Grabbed all these for a total of $40. I knew there was a possibility that a couple may not work. Sadly the two silver editions will not power on. I'll have to clean them and one of the TI-84 Plus to see if they will work or not.
So in total I grabbed six TI-84 Plus, two TI-84 Plus Silver Edition, a TI BAII Plus, a Casio HS-8VA, and on very nice and pristine HP-12C including Case, book, and CD. It is in immaculate condition. There are absolutely zero scratches on any side. I saw this and thought "surely not!". I got it for $2! Yeah baby!
I recently bought a set of tips for repairing LCD flat cables. I quickly learned that I had bought the wrong set. After a bit of research, I found what I needed. The ones I bought came in a set of 3. These are for 3 separate irons: 30W,40W, and 60W. Each has a different size shaft. These are for the expensive Weller irons. I have a cheap Hakko clone and cannot use them so they will be sent back. I should have bought the hollow core style. Amazon link
I thought I'd post this info if anyone was looking into repairing their screens.
Works but screen has lines if flexed. I bought tools to try to fix. We'll see.
I have never owned an SLA printer. I would like to try it out though. I would like to build a variety of things with it. I'm not really wanting one to build mini figures only. I would like to be able to use it for making parts that will go into use such as maybe a small electronics enclosure or a panel that will house potentiometers and buttons. The last thing I would use it for would be small emblems and such.
$4 at the thrift shop. Works now but had to spend 20 mins or so digging green fuzz out of the printer mechanism. Does it's thing now. Just need paper and ink...of which I will not be buying. This is just a collection piece.
I have used this program many times and it worked flawlessly. As of late, it only sees the first song in a playlist on youtube. I don't know what setting might be the issue but I haven't changed anything.
Can anyone tell me where to find a full list of parts for this tractor? I have searched and searched. Nothing. Sites wanting me to click links to see something that never shows. Wanting to sell me a $100 manual. No. I just want a part number.
Don't drive over small logs. They have sharp teeth. Bent the brake linkage on my 1626. Dammit.
Are there SLA printers that don't require post processing?
.....and can anyone change the flair background colors? The neon green in particular. The hot pink is not as bad but the white text doesn't contrast enough to be able to comfortably read it.
I don't know how I could have cut and split this much firewood this year without my tractor. It has been a blessing. This should last at least 3 years for me. Maybe 4.
If anyone is interested in the racks, they are landscaping timbers with chain link top rail in each end. I used a 1 1/2" forstner bit and bored all the way through. This keeps water from filling up and possibly splitting in winter. The pipe is slightly too large so I cut a slit on one end and made it smaller. It goes in nicely and the two rails are joined by a piece of 2x6 12" long. I used 3 1/2" ring shank nails. They may seem flimsy but these have been standing for quite some time now. They are 5' tall but you can do what ever you want.
Lost the dump valve a while back. Dealer ordered this one. Cost me $40 shipped. This is the most expensive rubber I have ever bought!
Will I either likely or not likely have issues with this part if I don't use supports? The angle is 146.5 degrees.
.....is my CG50 made in China and the others are made in thialand?
Added this Casio Fx-115ES Plus 2nd Edition to my collection. Got it on sale at Walmart. The display looks very nice! I love the color choices for the secondary function keys. Makes it easy to see. I think I may just start using it as my go-to!
