Dutton Ranch - the production quality is so cheap. There aren't even any outdoor shots.

One of the things I loved about Yellowstone was the natural beauty. Sweeping wide shots. Horses. Hills. Streams. Some cowboy-ing, some ranch-ing, some rodeo, some politics.

Dutton Ranch is pulling a fast one on its viewers with cheap production. There are barely any outdoor shots. The supporting cast is caricatur-ishly awful, and Azul is like Jon Snow. His only job is to say "muh queen".

Based on just these pictures, no video, no police report, will a neutral third party believe that the silver truck hit me. Or is this a lost cause?

The silver truck went around me from the right, and his rear hit the front of my car (the red sedan). This was a single lane road, and the truck squeezed past me, while I was waiting there for a gap in traffic.

I did not make a video, but did take pictures of the road and the cars.

His insurance denied liability, claiming that I drove into him. They have not given me a written denial or explanation.

Based on just these pictures, is this something that can be fought out in any forum? Or this is a lost cause and I should just eat the loss as a life lesson and get a dashcam.

I am tired of over analyzing this with chatgpt, which swings wildly between "oh this is a slam dunk" and "oh no, it looks like you rear-ended him". I need real human input. Thanks everyone.

Looking for Dashcam Footage - on US-101 N Off-Ramp to San Tomas Expwy (South) (Santa Clara) - Wednesday 17th June 6.20 PM

Let me first say this:

  1. This is a hail mary. I do not actually expect anyone to have the footage. However, I remember the traffic being heavy, so who knows.

  2. Get a dashcam. Believe me, that lesson has been learned.

Any advice on how to deal with accidents aftermath are greatly welcome.

With that out of the way, I am looking for any drivers who may have dashcam footage of a collision that occurred on the single-lane on-ramp from 101-N onto San Tomas Expressway (south). It was on Wednesday, around 6.20-6.30 PM.

I was in a red Ford Fusion, the other driver was in a silver Toyota Tacoma. If you witnessed this accident, or by any miracle, actually managed to record this accident, I will love to hear from you.

Thanks everyone!

I was in a new neighborhood, and was waiting to cross a street, a girl walked up to me and told me I smelled nice. I asked her if it was my coffee that smells nice. She said no, it was me and that I smelled like a man.

So obviously, I now have to leave my apartment and move to this neighborhood.
