Oriel application - cannot find any referee

I am currently completing my Oriel application for my training year, and I am unsure about the referee section.

As an international student, I do not have any family in the UK, and I do not know anyone in a professional role who could provide a character reference.

For the academic reference, I am considering asking my tutor. However, we have not interacted very much, and our contact has mainly been during group presentation preparation sessions. I am therefore unsure whether it would be appropriate to ask them to be my referee. If I decide to list my tutor as a referee, should I contact them and obtain their agreement before including their details on the application? Or is it acceptable to submit my application first and contact them afterwards, updating the referee details if they are unwilling?

The deadline for providing referee details on my application is 3/7. I don't know I need to provide referee now as my uni said reference is not that important.

Student moving - van or uber?

I’m moving from my place to a storage unit in Bath (about a 3-minute drive). I have 1 30 inch suitcase, 1 26 inch suitcase, 1 20 inch suitcase and around 3-5 boxes. No furniture or heavy items.

I don't have a driving licence. Should I find a man and a van service or will an uber XL fit my stuffs? I have checked the quote on Anyvan and it seems a bit expensive given that my journey is not that long.

I think I am gonna fail my 3rd year exams

Just finished my written exams. I did worse than usual. I’m not even sure if I’ll pass the first exam because I messed up the requirements for each drug, and I’ve never made that mistake while studying before. I usually get those questions right when I do sample papers.

The second exam felt okay while I was doing it, but afterwards I realised I made a lot of MCQ mistakes. I literally got almost all of the easy questions wrong, and now I don’t even know if I’ll get marks on the harder ones. I’m especially disappointed because I changed at least 3 answers from right to wrong in the last 5 minutes.

I studied really hard before these exams, so I’m not feeling great right now. I feel like I don’t deserve to relax or enjoy the summer. I don’t know what I’ll do if I fail these 2 exams (or any) because I’d have to travel a long distance back to the UK and end my summer early. Honestly, it wouldn’t even feel like a holiday since I’d need to study and spend most of the time alone.

My parents have spent a lot of money for me to study in the UK, and I don’t want to disappoint them. I’d say getting 40% in the exam wasn’t even that hard, but somehow I still messed it up, and those were marks I should have gotten.

I don’t know whether I should start studying for the resits now or wait until the results come out in mid-July and then revise for the resits in mid-August. But if I wait, I’ll only have about a month to revise everything, and I don’t think that’s enough.

I don’t even know what I’m typing anymore, but I feel like I’ve wasted my parents’ money and expectations. Failing any of the exams make me even harder to get a 2:1.

I'm having trouble with milk stability when using a French press for latte art.

The microfoam looks smooth at first, but it breaks down very quickly. They start to break down after 1 min I finish it and completely gone within 5 minutes. It happens everytime I make the latte art.

I prepare the milk by microwave it 2 mins in medium-high heat. Then 10 pumps above the milk surface to infuse air, follow by 60 pumps below milk surface. The first pic is taken straight after finishing the art and the second picture is after a min. I have attached more pics for my other art, they also start breaking down after 1 min. They are hot chocolate and matcha.
