Can’t enable 2FA Any suggestions?
Maybe I’m just slow or something but I recently learned about the 10 gold bar RDO reward for enabling 2FA but I realized I forgot my Rockstar login password, I made it so long ago using PlayStation. I figured I would be able to sign in instead using PSN which is usually why game account pages have that option but when I try to sign in using PSN it still asks me to sign in to rockstar the regular way which kind of defeats the point. I’m currently on RDR2 Online using PlayStation so that’s living proof my account is good and I have one. I tried to restart the password but when I give the email it claims to send a code (“if the Email is the one associated with the account”) and I never get one. I know for a fact the email I’m giving is the correct one and it’s even the same one I use for PlayStation so I’m kind of stuck here. I saw apparently sometimes rockstar mail is blocked or sent to trash by default but I’ve checked all that as well and still nothing. Technically I’m not locked out of my account or anything so I can continue playing but now this makes me only want to secure my account even more. Also a little worried if I ever try to switch platforms I won’t be able to or risk losing data.
