Suggest any way to upgrade/speed up second hand HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Desktop Mini?

So I got a second hand HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Desktop Mini at Ebay and while it serves its purpose, it starts to lag when a lot of apps are open with my two monitors. I have a local computer tech guy at town but just wondering any suggestions on how to upgrade this before chatting to him.
