Ok, how the heck do I get this app to finish it's setup with my car?

I am now at the point where it says on the screen: Activation in progress, please leave engine on for 10 minutes and then refresh data.

That is when it's not constantly signing me out despite telling it to leave me signed in.

I have had the car "on" for well over 10 minutes, tried to refresh it and nothing happens.

Does the app need to be open the entire time?

It has got to be one of the worst car connected apps I've ever used. Is it even worth trying to persevere with it?

New Wagon Wednesday

I have been looking at replacing my current Ford Focus Active diesel after multiple issues with the DPF and shorter journeys. After a few disappointments looking at Kuga PHEVs I visited another dealer on a whim hoping that this was still available for a viewing. One test drive later and a bit of haggling I signed on the dotted line for this very tidy Peugeot 308SW 1.6 PHEV.

Will be collecting on Saturday morning.

Bought something off eBay. It sat at the parcel shop for a full day, before getting to the mail centre. When it was there I got a window of between 10:30 and 2:30 for yesterday. No movement overnight and then got scanned in again at Chelmsford almost exactly 24 hours later, well into the delivery window. And then tonight there has been no further updates again.

I live 170 miles away from where it's apparently currently sat. It's not like it's a big parcel either. Just not sure why it keeps getting rescanned at the same place. Almost 24 hours later again and there has been no further updates.
