Must Pull’s coming to the outside yard?

So my store is going to be salarying “Must Pulls” for the outside yard apparently. We are currently a skeleton crew outside. And definitely do not have enough people or forklifts to be able to work just pulls, while unloading flat beds, and helping guests. I just don’t see it working even remotely.
Not to mention I guess other stores have tried it, and it’s failed. Any thoughts or opinions.

Finally pulled the trigger on a PM2. After years of wanting, any company still make Brass scales?

Finally found one in a good spec in store. And knew I had to pull the trigger. I always wanted a PM2 with Brass Flytanium scales. Back before Covid. But it seems they no longer have them in stock anywhere.

Finally some “upgrades” being made on the ole XJ.

Decided to finally pull the trigger and start the front end reinforcement. Got a Barnes4wd steering box Brace through Trail Forged. Had a buddy fix the cracked and bending driver side frame “rail”. Penetration welds, aswell as covering the area with a 1/4” plate.

And finishing it off with finally getting a winch. With how fairly often I’ve gotta pull buddies out, and wanting to be able to get myself out of senerio’s. It is hitch reciver mounted, and I got lucky it barely cleared the lower tube on the pushbar. But works perfectly and looks sick.

Anyone else have a problem with the DC loading flats like absolute shit.

Second photo is the top bunk from the first pic. All of the siding boxes were various special orders.

Couple Questions regarding Pay/Overtime.

  1. Do Scheduled hours over 40, count as overtime?
  2. Is overtime payed as Time & a Half?
  3. If Question 1 is a No, do I just get payed the usual Hourly Rate?

Painted Lower part of the doors, to hide ensuing rust. Don’t know if I like it, or hate it.
