Help me find this dad and son!

This is probably a long shot and a half, but I just edited some of my World Cup photos off my point and shoot.

This son and his dad were in front of me, it would’ve been roughly row 36 in section 345 in Kansas City for Colombia v Ghana. I wish I would’ve realized it was a good pic then and just gotten their contact. If I was that dad I’d want this pic of myself and my son so figured I’d give Reddit a shot.

Advice for Insane Clown Posse shooting?

Hey all!

I’m a house photographer at a venue in the states, I’ve been assigned to shoot an Insane Clown Posse show and I accepted knowing some of the caveats of shooting that show. A couple questions:

  1. If you’ve shot them before, how did you protect your gear? I usually do a 2 body setup on straps but think I’ll need to do a single cam to avoid ruining my straps.
  2. Any luck/contact info on contacting their tour to do shots on stage? I feel like I might be more out of the splash zone and have a better shot that way.
  3. Any other advice? Am I going to look like an idiot if I wear a poncho?

Reminder to anyone who got scammed on PayPal to escalate their cases

I was scammed for a round of 32 ticket for the Colombia game, I used PayPal G&S, and provided screenshots, the case was closed in my favor last night. I still went to the game and had an amazing time for the same price, I believe the window to escalate this cases closes shortly (you have like 20 some days after opening a dispute) so make sure to not let the scammers keep your money. Fuck em.

Just bought in Waldo/Ward. Need recs on multiple fronts

24 M, would love any local input on the following!

  1. Best coworking/remote work spots

  2. Birding spots/quieter parks

  3. Any orgs/places with tool libraries or DIY classes?

  4. Niche small biz recs

  5. Summer farmers' markets and street fests

  6. Is this area neighborly... would it be weird to knock on doors and introduce myself to immediate neighbors? Love the vibe of being able to knock on doors for small things where I'm at now, and hope to continue it.

Alternative methods than Zelle for $400 checking reward bonus?

I signed up for the "get400" promo last week and was reading in another thread on here that some sort of external transfer, not a transfer from my own bank account is required. I bank with a local bank in the midwest.

Many commenters had success with Zelle, but I can't do that because my zelle info on CO and my local bank is the same. I am a freelancer and don't recieve any payments that I could direct from an employer, do I need to make a different zelle account, transfer there, then transfer to capital one checking or do I have all this backwards? The phone agent was scarcely helpful. TIA!!

Whoever OP was that alerted me to airport SSD prices… you are smart, sexy and deserve the best week.

Some of my best memories and connections early in life were going to 96.5 the buzz shows, that radio station was a huge part of my identity. Got hit by nostalgia looking at these today, felt like a simpler time 🤧🥲
