cognizant cebu initial interview

Hello guys! I just recently had my initial interview with Cognizant. It was just a basic interview with questions like where I live, my salary expectations, and my highest educational attainment.

I’m a fresh grad with no BPO experience, by the way. The recruiter asked me what position I was applying for, and I answered that I was looking for a CSR healthcare account, if available. Then she asked about my salary expectations. At first, I just mentioned that I was open to the company’s standard salary range, but she insisted that I provide a salary range, so I answered, “Maybe around 22k–25k.”

Then, an hour later, they emailed me saying that they would not be moving forward with my application because “the role requires a closer match to specific qualifications,” which means I didn’t pass the initial interview.

I’m just wondering why I didn’t pass the initial interview. 😭 Does their healthcare account require BPO experience? Or did I give a salary expectation that was too high?

HVA FOR NO EXPERIENCE

Hello! Are there any VA agencies, aside from HelloRache, that accept fresh graduates from allied health courses with no prior experience?

Preferably, I’m looking for an agency that also provides training, similar to HelloRache. Thank you so much for your suggestions! 🥹

Hellorache

Hi everyone! I’m planning to apply in Hellorache as HVA. I’m a fresh psych graduate and no work experience, aside from my internship in rehabilitation center.

Am I still qualified to apply on the said position? If so, can you guys pls give me some tips on how to pass the qualifying exam and initial interview? Do you have reviewers or videos to watch? 🥺

Thank you so much!
