Vietnam trip for big group

We are 9 adults and 5 kids, planning a trip to Vietnam.
Since we are a big group, our preference is to stay in Airbnb or apartments or anything where we rent the entire property.

We reached out to a travel agent who is suggesting us that hotels are a better option as airbnb are more expensive and they may cancel at the last moment or have last minute issues due to language barrier.

Has anyone here travelled to Vietnam who didnt stay in a hotel? What was the experience like?
What would be the advice for us?

Thank you.

39F, not married yet - will I ever get married?

I am 39F and not married yet.

Due to certain family situations, I never went through arrange marriage setup. Had couple of relationships in my 20s which didn't conclude in marriage. Have been trying on matrimoney apps from last couple of years, but no luck yet.

Is marriage on my cards ever?

Chart might be not very accurate because my mother doesn’t know the exact birth time to the minute.

Life is pretty good except this marriage thing. But this one missing thing is making everything else less valued.

Help me build a workstation to work from home as a software engineer

I work in a hybrid model with 3 days from office and 2 from home in a week.

I work on my laptop from home which is on its last leg currently and can die any day.

I bought my laptop years ago, pre-covid, when there was hardly any work from home thing. It was a good system for working remotely once in a while. My main problem with this was smaller screen.

I am looking to build a new workstation now with everything better.

Please suggest me the options to explore.

Thank you.

Very high electricity bill

Is anyone getting very high electricity bill in Pune?

I live in a 1 bhk and my average bill is 2000-2500 (ac 6-7 hours).

Last month my bill was 6300. This month it is 7000.

I agree that I am running AC more than usual (close to 12 hours) from last few days but I feel it is still very high.

I think they don’t even come to take the reading. And the bill is generated randomly (I don’t know how).

Anything that I can do?

I already registered a complaint with mseb but they responded that the bill as per the usage. They didn’t do any investigation and no one answers the phone to talk directly.

I also got my AC serviced last month assuming AC might be pulling more power but that didn’t help.

Edit: can an electrician help check what is causing such high bill?

Late periods but test is negative, what’s happening with my body?

I am 37F.

My average menstrual cycle is 32 days. My periods are usually regular with 2 days here or there.

Today is 44th day of my cycle and I am yet to get my period. I took the test on 42nd day and it was negative.

I have no history of PCOD/PCOS. Checked thyroid in full body checkup 2 months ago, report was normal.

I had sex with my partner (ldr) from 13th to 18th day of my cycle (ovulation window) but we used protection.
One of those times, something happened and I took a plan B.
I have taken plan B in past too and it didn’t affect my period cycle.

Went to see the doc. She has suggested a sonogram to check if I have PCOD which I doubt because till last month the periods were very regular.

I am not under any unusual stress. I am not overweight or underweight.

I am 99% sure I am not pregnant because it’s been way past my date and the test is still negative.

Any idea what is happening with my body?
