I recently had my short blonde hair done by a woman who works from home. I had highlights and a toner done, and ever since then my hair has been extremely dry and it just doesn't feel or behave like it did before.

I've also noticed that a section of my hair seems to have broken off, which is really worrying me because I didn't have this issue before getting it done.

Has anyone experienced this after having their blonde hair done? Does this sound like chemical damage/breakage, and is there anything I can do to improve it?

I'm already using Olaplex shampoo and conditioner and I'm considering Olaplex No.3, but I'd really appreciate advice on what next t do?

Hey guys. I have a Vinted parcel from France to Ireland stuck at "Arrived at Processing Centre" – anyone experienced this?

I bought a vintage item on Vinted from a seller in France. The estimated delivery window was June 19 – July 14, but it still hasn't arrived.

Vinted tracking says:

Shipped 13 days ago

Arrived at sort facility 10 days ago

"On its way – we'll update you" 7 days ago

Pro Carrier tracking shows:

Current status: Arrived At Processing Centre

Last update: 12 June

However, An Post says they have only received information about the item and have not received the parcel yet.

Has anyone had a parcel stuck like this and eventually received it? Or is it likely lost? I'm trying to decide whether to open an "Item not received" case on Vinted before the deadline.

Any advice would be appreciated!
