Is it just me or was the demo for Way of the Sword slightly disappointing? I feel like I expected more, maybe longer? I don’t know. I’ll likely still play it, but that didn’t help sell me on it.

Went with the 3-2-1 method.
3 hours 180 uncovered
2 hours 230 foiled with sauce
1 hour foiled off smoker sitting in oven.
Taste was 10/10 for sure, texture was good but somewhat uneven. Some fall off the bone, some not. I think next time the last hour I’d unwrap and put back on the smoker and see how that is!
First timer going at it today with some ribs. I feel like they are the easiest to not screw up, but we’ll see!
I am somewhat concerned because it doesn’t seem like my smoker actually produces much smoke, but we’ll see!

Get rid of Hoffman. This shit is insane. We get on a run, we start winning games, we have an EASY win if we keep Varland going but we put Hoffman in.
It’s fucking comical. Get fucking rid of Hoffman, now.
This kid needs to stay when the time comes to send somebody down to Triple A. He’s NOT it at all to be picked to go down man. Davis is great but he isn’t producing the way Piñango is and with our bats hurting, that is what we need.
He’s home, came home Friday. The timing was a bit off, we had an Aussie that was supposed to be his buddy but she had heart failure in Wednesday, passed Thursday the day before Jax came home.
It was a bit of a difficult conversation to explain to the kids why our Assuie was gone but Jax was here, but they understood after a few conversations where we explained our Aussie’s body shutting die, etc.
Jax is our first Red Golden and so far, he’s a personality and a half! He’s been great with the kids and is learning quickly!

Just over 2 years ago we said goodbye to the hansom fella in the back, Luka. Him and the fluffy cutie, Holly in the front were the best of friends. Today, we said goodbye to her as well. My wife and I are devastated to say the least. We never got over the loss of Luka and still having Holly kind of felt like we had a bigger piece of him. Both were completely unexpected, illnesses that came out of nowhere even though we always stayed on top of their health.
Luka I think about you daily, I miss you daily and I always will. Holly, the same goes for you. I’ll think of you daily, I’ll miss you daily and I love you both more than you’ll ever know. You were our first “babies” and when we had more babies, you loved them like your own. We didn’t deserve you two, but you loved us anyways. On our good days, on our bad days, on every day you came to us with wet kisses and puppy cuddles.
Fly high pups, you’re together again and I know you’re watching over us and the kids. I hope where ever you are there is endless frisbees, balls and as many peanut butter kongs as you guys can handle.
