Progressive lenses user reviews

Rumors have it that getting used to progressive lenses as a new user can actually take some time, but I need them. I have been checking user reviews on online stores like GlassesUSA, Zenni, Alibaba, and other online stores to see what actual user reviews have been like. Comfort, quality, adjusting to different viewing areas, and value for money, of course, are my biggest factors! My wife regularly wears glasses too, but only for fashion reasons, so she usually buys hers online or through retail stores randomly when she sees a pair she likes. For me, I think I’ll need to do more research before I can actually commit to buying one because it’s actually my first time.

My marketing team went from 1 video/week to 10. Same headcount

Like brief agency, shoot, edits, brand and CMO approvals. Everyone had opinions. Ya two weeks minimum for a 15 second spot. I work in house for a consumer brand. This is just... how it works. Until we tried something different. Then the trend is over.

We switched some of our social stuff recently. Not everything, big campaigns still go to agency. but for daily content? We went from 1 video a week to 10. Same team and same budget. Like one brief generates like 10-15 variations. different hooks, different formats.

We test, we iterate, we shut what doesn't work. All in the same week.

The speed is honestly the biggest win. We can actually react to things now instead of planning everything a month out and hoping it still makes sense.

Not saying this replaces proper production. But for social, It's a no-brainer. Is anyone else in marketing making this shift?

Best Respirators for woodworking.

Me and my kids have been getting more and more into woodworking lately, and if there is one thing, I didn’t really think about at first, was how much dust you can actually create when sanding in just a few hours. I’ve been looking into different respirators and masks to see what would be suitable for me and my kids in terms of size and comfort, perfect for longer projects. I have checked Home depot, Alibaba and other online stores to compare the options and prices. Seems to me there so many types available, factoring my kids who are really into this stuff like fulltime 😂, you might think they are actually earning from it. I’ll need something suitable for regular woodworking and sanding rather than whatever looks good. Anyone who’s ever bought respirators for their kids?

Growing lights

It’s only recently, that I have realized the time and research that is needed to actually choose the right growing lights for my small indoor growing space, which I am planning to start very soon. I have been doing some rounds online, and I have seen quite a variety on Alibaba and Amazon, and there are so many different options in light spectrums. I don’t know which growing light will be good for a small indoor setting. Could anyone share his/her experience when making their purchase decision and which growing light did you go for, preferably in an indoor setting scenario? I would appreciate.

Where to get Quality nature inspired wall art for my living room.

Just moved into a new house recently, and after interior designing my living room, I feel my wall is just too basic!! Recently, I have been thinking about how to fill that void, and a big, good-quality nature-based wall art came into mind. I have been doing some research about it, checking online stores like Walmart, Alibaba, and other retail stores. Honestly am confused!! In terms of quality, I find it hard to make a decision.

My wife recommends getting a skilled artist to do it because we can actually customize it to our liking. What do you guys think, or what did you guys do with yours?
