2012 R6 with 17xxx miles is it worth it?

The dealer has it listed for 22k but it has 97k miles on it with a clean CARFAX and good service records. Really considering buying it but not to sure if I’m going to have problems with the miles

I found a 2019 GMC sierra 1500 AT4 that I really like but it has 199k miles on it. It’s a 5.3 V8 paired with a 8 speed automatic transmission. Please get back to me🙏
