Should marvel give a modern update to and rebrand the alterniverse division as an answer to DC's vertigo/black label?

Should marvel bring back their alterniverse and repurpose it as Marvel's foray into vertigo/black label storytelling but rather than have it be a singular continuity like vertigo they could approach it as an anthology series with ongoing titles taking place in diverse settings like various universes, dimensions or planes of reality etc , so that it could be their foray into standalone stories in the vein of Doctor Strange: Fall Sunrise or Avengers: Twilight (Kinda like how they tried to repurpose the Marvel Knights brand in the 2010’s). Most importantly, though, and this may be difficult because of The Mouse: START NEGOTIATING COMPETITIVE CONTRACTS! Part of why DC’s been hoarding talent is because they pay better. People want to be valued. If you treat people fairly, you give them an incentive to work for you. They clearly have a desire to do occasional stories without the continuity restraint so why not make it easier for people to get into it with a recognizable brand?

How to get hired by teleperformance.

I've tried applying to teleperformance and have attempted multiple of their assessment test for nearly a year now and to no avail. Is their something I can do to improve? What area in my application process do you think could be the problem.

If you had creative control over the mcu what would be your top spotlight ideas?

Mine goes like this:

Man-thing: cosmic horror featuring the many-angled ones.

Magik: a supernatural-conquest/war movie over hell against belasco.

Iron fist: a mystical-Wuxia movie

Black cat: a heist/adventure movie.

Molecule man: psychedelic/surrealist psychological thriller with a beyonder feature

Storm: high brow- fantasy

The abstracts: avant-garde/high concept- surrealist mystery with a dash of horror.

Emma frost: Fashion/Corporate Satire.

In comics multiverse stories are meant to tell elseworld stories that explore high concept, original ideas in a self-contained story and for first time comic readers to have a starting point.

I'm sure most of you here are aware of that. But in the last 4 years there has been a narrative in the media that multiverse stories are somehow an awful idea largely because of the mcu that waste those concepts on nostalgia and cameos, without taking into consideration the creative and business potential that comes with having a multiverse.

This is my problem with multiverse plots. So often, instead of showing a completely new and different universe with its own contrasting stories to tell, they default to “Look, it’s Blorbo, but in this universe, he’s got a moustache! Crazy stuff" or past recalls/ references to characters from different franchises or actors.

This idea that the only story you can tell with infinite universes is nostalgic returns of previous actors is the most low effort, bottom of the barrel storytelling.

Which had resulted in the pushback of multiverses not with just on-screen, but with all mediums.

In comics multiverse stories are meant to tell alternate universe stories so creatives can explore high concept, original ideas in a self-contained story and for first time comic readers to have a starting point. The mcu has not done a good job of reaching out to new audiences, Rather than telling a movie/show but set in a different universe on a cheaper budget and have those projects released under a seperate division and alongside the main 616 movies it is instead used for nostalgia bait and cameo slop.

There's so much cool multiverse stories we haven't yet touched on like an alternate universe story of the Squadron supreme (original 1985), maybe have it on a much cheaper budget? More elseworld stories like 1602, or other alterniverse stories could actually be good. Captain Britain stuff and other characters with multiverse ties.
