I'm trying to open my area up for more Trench Crusade, but currently I have the two Faithful factions. I was wondering which heretic faction would be easier for another person who is brand new to learn the mechanics? That and I want to paint the faction.

Has anyone done their models in such a way? I was hoping to experiment with Turbo Dork or similar for a planning had with my spearhead I just ordered.

Currently wanting to get into AoS more, and I am torn between this faction and the Kharadron Overlords. If I were to start out this army, what would be the best starting block to begin collecting?

Second, what is the gameplay aspect?

Third, on a scale to Heldrake (1) to Slapping gold paint on a Custodes then done (10), what is the PAIN-ting scale? Same on the assembly scale?

About to plan a 1000 point game at my local LGS to help further learn about the game, and I was seeing if this was a viable option. I have more models, but I wanted to see if this list was a good balance.
