I think it's infected (I've had an ingrown toenail for a few years now. Recently it got banged up pretty bad)

How bad is this? It's throbbing. I think it's infected not sure. Its had a scab for weeks now. I pulled it out which I know is a bad move but part of the inside was green and yellow and white. How bad is this should I go to the doctor?
