Distilled water waste
How long does a gallon of distilled water last you? I have only used about half a gallon in four weeks, and im inclined to get rid of the remainder and start a new bottle. Does anyone refrigerate their distilled water?

Pulled up behind this as I'm leaving fpr work. HEY-ooooo, Good Morning! That'll wake you up.
Howdy all. I see lots of recommendations for pillows for side sleepers, does anyone use a cervical pillow for back sleepers? Any recommendations? Thanx!
I've been taking Metformin about two months now. No matter what time of day I test, my BG remains between 120 - 170 most of the time. I've been 90% good about having 3 meals a day at 45-60 carbs, and 1 snack at no more than 30. I only drink water, LaCroix, black coffee and unsweetened ice tea. If I do have a coke or anything I list it in my journal and count the carbs. I've been quite frustrated with not being able to get my BG down, especially first thing in the morning. It's NEVER below 100. EVER.
Fast forward to yesterday. Once in a while, after eating rabbit food and small portions, I need to have a meal I can sink my teeth into. So I had a full-on KFC last night, with mashed potatoes, corn, biscuit and fried chicken - Carb CRAZY. Then this morning I had a breakfast sandwich from Jack in the Box, and this afternoonI had a Caramel White Mocha from Dutch Bros coffee. Sugar, sugar, sugar.
I got up to go to the bathroom this morning at 445am, and decided to check my BG on a whim. It was 145. I was not surprised because my morning readings are always high, a source of great frustration.
But it's now 645pm, and I just now reluctantly checked my BG to see the damage from today's fast food and latte - and it was 99. I shit you not. So i tested on the other hand it was 110. How in the hell does that happen? I've had crazy bad for me food the last 24 hours, and my BG is lower than it's ever been since I started testing. Make it make sense. The ONLY thing different is that I started using a CPAP one week ago, 8 nights ago. I'm so frustrated that my blood glucose is so high daily and that I can't get it down to the goal of under 100 overnight.
Holy flippin COW, do I feel good today. It’s been one week with the CPAP, and today I woke up with an alert brain, bright and awake! And my body feels like all my joints have been lubed. I can move more quickly, bend more easily. I’m so happy! And so grateful. Just had to share with those who understand ☺️.
Is dizziness a thing with CPAP? I'm super spinny this morning, is that possibly related to the CPAP?
Hi, new user here. I’m one who goes to bed and scrolls phone for a long while until I feel sleepy. I find that if I put my mask on right when I lay down, then I never fall asleep because I’m too aware of the mask. But if I wait until I’m sleepy, then I don’t want to sit up and go through the whole rigmarole of putting it on. Those of you who scroll for a while before sleeping, what’s your regimen?
