i got 98.3 in mains 25k crl and 7k obc i am from rajasthan then homestate quota laga ke cs milne ke chances h kya ?

I got 98.3 in mains (obc) I am getting lower branches in nits but I don't wanna waste my time cause I have no interest in those branches should I shout bit mesra and what can I accept from campus life

i am thinking of joining spit i am from rajasthan and my mains percentile is 98.37 rank 25 and obc rank 7k can i get cs there i checked online it was very complicated i couldnt understand it please help

i scored 98.3 in jee mains 25k crl rank and 7k obc rank then i check nsut cutoffs online it showed 8-9k for cse i thought it mean 8-9k obc rank cause iit wale me wo obc hi batata h but then a guy told me it is crl rank please help and tell me is it obc or crl(outside Delhi region)
