Replaced hotend heating assembly and now I can’t load new filament form AMS
Old filament works okay but new filament has too much of a curve that it comes out and pushes off the tool head.
Any suggestions?

Damaged open box item advice needed.
Bought my niece an open box laptop for college she wanted, it was supposed to be in excellent condition.
It was for my niece and I gave it to her at her going away party. She opened it, it has a small hairline crack that affects the touch screen. Now I’m two days out of the return window. Phone calls to customer service gave me nothing, they said nothing they can do.
Is this worth going to an actual store and talking to a manager?

New to popups, how does this 1985 StarCraft look?
I have a ford maverick with a tow rating of 2k pounds. I know nothing about pop ups, but want to start camping with the kids.
How does this listing look? Any thoughts?
Edit: Thank you all for the comments! Going to pass on this for now but keep in the search. Going to not worry about the tow weight from not on. I plan on getting a bigger truck in. About 3 year, but in the meantime I can use my dads truck if needed.
