I finally finished my Highland models Imperial Griffin! It took me a while but I think it turned out rather well.
The orc is part of the Empire archer kit (coming soon) and is removable! So I can add different bodies for the enemies I am fighting later on.
Some of the missile troops I painted for my new unit. I took a new approach to shading blending way more colours and attempting to put more thought into where colours go.
The result is a blend that kind off dissapears when under bright lights, which tells me I managed to get it in all the right spots.

I tried some dust clouds, not perfect and rather hard to do without an airbrush, but they do what they have to!

It took me a while but I am back on my quest to become a better painter! After my swordsman unit, and my command duo I attempted to paint a wizard. Sadly his fingers broke off so I had to replace his hand with a sword, but if I might say so myself I think this has actually made him look a little cooler!
