Anyone else run AND do calisthenics? How do you program both?

Anyone else run AND do calisthenics? How do you program both?

I've been doing bodyweight training 3-4 days a week and running 3 days for the last couple of years. The hardest part is programming both without burning out.
Recently started using this app called RYVVA that plans both together. so your running doesn't kill your pull-up progress and vice versa.
Also tracks nutrition and has an AI coach that adjusts if you're fatigued.
Honestly just curious if anyone else here does both and how you manage it? Happy to share what's worked for me.

How are you handling shipping costs?

Running a small business and shipping was eating into our margins so we've started parcelfire.com, helps us to compare courier prices before booking.

It shows Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, UPS etc side by side for the exact parcel size. Finding cheaper options you didn't know existed. Free to use.

Anyone else spending ages comparing courier prices?

Anyone else spending ages comparing courier prices?

Been selling on eBay/Vinted for a while and got fed up checking Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc one by one every time I needed to ship something.

Found parcelcompare.co.uk -- you put in the parcel size and postcodes and it shows you prices from 20+ couriers side by side. Saved me about 40% on my last few shipments just by seeing options I wouldn't have checked.

Free to use, no sign-up needed. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else is losing money on shipping like I was.

Would love to hear if anyone else has found good ways to cut shipping costs?
