So I talked to Strava customer support. They suggested clearing the cache of the app on Android devices and updating to the latest version, as they recently pushed an update that should fix the issue. I tried it, and mine is working perfectly now.

I'm still going to double-check whether the data from my past 7 workouts, which were constantly showing syncing issues, has been saved correctly. But for now, this seems to be a working workaround, and I think the app is usable again.

Do I need to carry my phone if I go for a run or it will sync automatically once I come back with the Zepp app

Or for sleep tracking as well , I usually turn off my phone when I go to sleep should I keep it on?

I bought a Helio Core today and I’m curious about how to use it properly. Recently my gym sessions and runs were paused because of an injury, and because of that I gained quite a bit of weight. Now I’m starting my weight loss journey again.

Earlier, I mostly used Google Fit and Strava to track my runs, and for the gym I usually just logged the total workout time instead of individual exercises. I noticed there’s an option in the Helio app to connect it with Google Fit — should I connect it? And is there any benefit to connecting it with Strava as well?

For now, I’m mainly thinking of using it as a heart rate monitor during my runs and walks on Strava, since I wanted something to track my heart rate properly while running.

Also, should I keep features like stress monitoring and blood oxygen tracking turned on, or is it better to keep them off?
