Shaowglen HOA

So in my neighborhood, theres an obscene amount of barking. The time of day and the weather dont matter. Theres like 3 or 4 neighbors that basically neglect their pets and it drives me mad. Ive called animal enforcement and no one ever comes. I am renting so I dont really know how the hoa works. Do they actually enforce? What can be done for my peace of mind and these poor animals welfare?

Austin, Texas. Receipt is on the last page

The food is for a family of 3. This will last us approximately a month. Most of the meat is divided in half and dinner will yield enough for leftover lunches. Its replenishing the existing staples in my home. No coupons besides whatever little sales there were. Attached is my haul, price per pound and last page is my receipt

Help, no judgement please.

Good morning. I have 2 dogs and I am needing to rehome one of them. This is due to my older dog developing osteoporosis. The dog im looking to rehome is younger and is really great with kids, other dogs... havent tried cats. My younger dog has a lot of playful energy and my other one cant handle him and im worried her quality of life will be poor if we don't separate them. My younger dog is a 2.5 year old male, fixed rottie, tail intact. He is crate trained, fixed and current on vaccines. He understands some commands. He loves walks playing with tennis balls and is a smart goof ball. He has a crate, bed, bowls and some toys that he will come with. I am in the manor area and willing to set up a meet and greet. There will be a rehoming fee to ensure he is going to a proper home. I dont want to send him a shelter for obvious reasons. We dont know many people in the area. Thanks
