Help, no judgement please.

Good morning. I have 2 dogs and I am needing to rehome one of them. This is due to my older dog developing osteoporosis. The dog im looking to rehome is younger and is really great with kids, other dogs... havent tried cats. My younger dog has a lot of playful energy and my other one cant handle him and im worried her quality of life will be poor if we don't separate them. My younger dog is a 2.5 year old male, fixed rottie, tail intact. He is crate trained, fixed and current on vaccines. He understands some commands. He loves walks playing with tennis balls and is a smart goof ball. He has a crate, bed, bowls and some toys that he will come with. I am in the manor area and willing to set up a meet and greet. There will be a rehoming fee to ensure he is going to a proper home. I dont want to send him a shelter for obvious reasons. We dont know many people in the area. Thanks
