What do?

In a little dilemma and figured this would be the place to get good feedback

I come from a long line of Honda owners, my first Honda was a 2013 Civic, and my 2nd was a 2019 Civic Ex Hatchback.

I'm looking for my "forever car" that will be my daily but also used for fun mountain cruising in Colorado.

I'm looking at:

Civic Hatch Sport Touring Hybrid (because a bit zippy on a platform I'm familiar with and great gas mileage)

Acura Integra A-spec Tech manual

Acura Integra Type S

I haven't had a manual in over 10 years, have not sat behind the wheel of any of these yet, and know that the A-spec cvt is basically not worth the added price over the Civic Hybrid.

If any of you have opinions on these 3 cars, especially how they do on curvy canyon roads, let me know what you think! Obviously I know the type s is going to be more "fun", but is is $20k more fun in your opinion?

Conflicting cleaning/care info

Hey all, finally pulled the trigger on my first pair of leather shoes and went with Thursday Premier High Tops in Matte Black. Absolutely love them so far, and excited to not have to keep buying shoes every 6 months!

Quick question on cleaning. Their website says to use the Cobblers aerosol spray on suede products, but I've also read to NOT use that, or the suede cleaning kit, on Thursday's Rugged and Resilient line of leather.

Definitely don't want to overthink the cleaning process, but I also don't want to damage the leather as I'm brand new to this.

Anyone wanna share how they keep their matte/suede shoes clean?

First RTT, overhang worrying me.

Hey all,

I just installed the Topoak Galaxy Light (83" long, 110lb) onto my 2026 CRV with Thule Wingbar Evo Crossbars with a spacing of 30". Im supposed to take it out this weekend but am concerned about the front overhang and thought you guys may have personal experience and could have some insights.

At the moment I have 19.5" of rear overhang, and 30" of front overhang, which does not allow my trunk to open fully. Topoak informed me that they do not recommend a rear overhang of any more than 15.7". If I move the tent into that range, I will be able to open my trunk, but that puts the front overhang to around 34". The rep I talked to earlier said moving it forward will be fine, but that was before I had actual measurements to give him.

Is that alright or am I boned and have to scrap this tent for something shorter? Any info is appreciated.

EDIT Heard back from Topoak:

Their technical team said this amount of overhang is unsafe (I figured as much). I'm hoping I can get them to update their site to include overhang recommendations and to explicitly say that this tent does not fit my vehicle model so that this can be avoided in the future.

I appreciate the suggestions from you all - for now I'm not going to chance it. Will try to return or sell and get a side opening rtt with a smaller footprint.
