Door to door soliciting

There has been a crazy increase in door to door soliciting in my neighborhood this spring/summer. We have a no soliciting sign, but they don’t seem to care. I always try to be polite, but am running out of patience. How do you all handle door to door soliciting? Any tips to make them stop coming back? Literally unless you’re a Girl Scout, I don’t want anything you’re selling lol

Gel X lifting at tip from natural nail?

I got gel x for the first time yesterday and on my index finger, the gel x nail is separating from my real nail at the very tip. There is dirt getting trapped in there, which I was able to get out using the tip of a paper clip. Do I need to go back in and get this repaired? Pics below. TIA!
