Estimated value?

I’ve had this for many years, love it but am drastically downsizing. Currently having a tiny house built and there’s just no room. Is this worth trying to sell? It’d probably have to be local given it’s so heavy shipping costs would be exorbitant. If I list locally what asking price is reasonable?

30-day challenge recs?

39/F here. I’ve never worked out, eat like cow, and have always been thin. I figure I’m at that age where all is going to change if I don’t get my act together. Main goal is to tone up. Don’t want to lose a lot of weight though. I want to hit the ground running with a 30-day challenge but there are so many online I’m not sure where to start. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Box malfunctioning?

I love my box and never had problems until now. Every movie I try to watch on HeatVOD (the normal app I use to watch movies) isn’t playing. Just days “Loading1” and then “-10invalid”. Literally every movie on the app is saying that. I can’t find any obvious cause (internet connection is strong, I tried rebooting, etc). Anyone ever have this problem before?

Herb ID help!

Sadly my neighbor passed away last week. She was an elderly woman who spent a lot of time in her garden. Her children are now at the house cleaning it out and gave me her raised beds. There are three herbs I’m not positive about though. I think that’s oregano in pic one?
Pic two I think thyme? And the bushy plant behind chamomile in pic three is possibly tarragon? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Matzoh Ball soup help!

Hello, let me start by saying I am not Jewish but have a deep respect and admiration for the religion, culture and heritage. I’ve seen Matzoh Ball soup on tv before and it always looks so delicious, but, unfortunately, have never had the opportunity to try it. If anyone has an authentic Matzoh Ball soup recipe they could give me I’d greatly appreciate it. I googled it and tons of slightly different variations came up. When I make it I’d like to know the recipe I’m using is the real deal. Thanks in advance.

Initially, I googled it and a bunch of different recipes came up, all similar but still slightly different. I’d love to make what I know is the real deal. Thank you in advance.

Extra lucky week

Been finding a lot of 4-leafers (and even a few 5 and 6 leaf)! I tend to find them regularly but not this many. I say it’s luck but my partner says it’s just pattern recognition.

While watching Season 3,episode 3 “Crime Seen” I realized this guy, Barry Scheck, was one of OJ Simpson’s “Dream Team”! He was the lawyer that was a DNA expert and discredited the LAPD’s collection and handling of the crime scene. Its kind of funny that after getting OJ off (even though he was obviously guilty), Scheck founded “the Innocence Project” which to date has freed and/or exonerated over 250 people (over 20 being death-row inmates) with DNA. So nice to hear he put his talent and expertise towards a good cause after the fiasco that was OJ.

Season 10 Episode 36 “High ‘N Dry”
Think this dude wins best unibrow on the show. On top of his killer eyebrows, he was described as a “forensic plumbing expert”! Like how did he get into that field?! Is that what he dreamed of being as a child?! 😂 😂

I’m planning on moving to Ocean City. I love it there and have family in the area (west OC, Whaleyville, Berlin). I’ve been looking all options to buy and really like the Salt Life mobile home community in West OC. It looks beautiful online and given it’s just me and my dog, a mobile home is all we need. My question is does anyone know anything about this community? I know things can look great online but turn out different irl. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
