need advice regarding hosting a business event

I was thinking of organizing a business-focused event at my café. We already host a lot of workshops on Sundays, but this time I wanted to explore something a little different and cater to a slightly older, working-professional audience.

My idea is to host a community gathering for business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs where they can connect over coffee, discuss ideas, share challenges, exchange experiences, and build meaningful relationships. Rather than a formal networking event, I envision it as a relaxed and engaging conversation-driven gathering.

I’d also like to incorporate a few interactive and fun elements so it feels more dynamic than a typical business meetup.

Do you think this is a strong concept, or would it make more sense to continue focusing on a younger audience? If the idea has potential, what are some ways to make it more engaging and memorable?

this phase was hurtful to watch.. i literally balled my eyes out

Watching Fiona's arc is so frustrating because the second she starts messing up, everyone suddenly forgets she spent her entire childhood raising them.

Like damn, give the girl a break.

She was paying bills, keeping the lights on, feeding everyone, dealing with Frank's bullshit, and basically acting as a parent since she was a kid herself. Then when she finally starts spiraling after years of carrying that weight, Lip and Debbie act like she's some horrible person.

Not saying Fiona was perfect. She made some terrible decisions. But the amount of grace everyone else in that family gets compared to her is insane.

Honestly, I was glad she left. Staying in that house would've just been the same cycle forever. She deserved a chance to put herself first for once and see what life looked like outside of being everyone's caretaker.
