Kawasaki Ninja 400 vs 500

So they discontinued the 400 and thats the bike i wanted reallllyy bad. I dont want to buy used. Sooo ig ill get the 500?? Whats the real difference?? Any riders ridden both and can give some input?

Ik i could just get a different brand but Kawasaki has the look im going for and price point. I also want above 300cc. Open for other bike recs too ig.

Main thing im worried about is the 500 being too much for a beginner. Plz need some insight and guidance🙏🏼

Edit- thanks everyone for all the insight, advice and recommendations!! 🩷

My weird but absolutely satisfying lunch/breakfast

2 over medium eggs cooked in butter (salt and pepper), roasted acorn squash-lightly salted. Sourdough slice toasted in butter, half topped with my homemade roasted pecan butter and a small drizzle of maple syrup. This actually hit every spot i needed. This was lunch today but im making this for breakfast tomorrow.

Sardine toast (hear me out)

One whole tin of sardines in olive oil, FRESH dill and purple onion FINELY chopped. Juice of one 1 lemon, capers, salt, pepper, a tad bit of the residual oil from the tin, and a little red pepper chili flake for spice (optional).

Served on toasted, lightly buttered sourdough bread. With salt and pepper kettle cooked potato chips and cold orange slices (not pictured) to cut that STANK breath you will have after eating this MASTERPIECE. This serving makes 2 slices but i was only hungry for one.

If you didn’t know- sardines are extremely nutrient dense and wonderfully healthy. Natures vitamin.

Cucumber toast!!

Whole wheat toasted bread, thinly sliced cucumber, with a plain greek yogurt and ranch seasoning spread (cream cheese is also great), with freshly cracked black pepper and salt and a little bit of dried dill!

Edit- i forgot to say, I also drizzle a little bit of good quality olive oil on top after everything :)
