I realllly really want to get into microdosing but I do have depression and borderline personality disorder so I’m unsure if it will be bad for me long term? Has this ever helped anyone before? Or have you tripped and has it helped or made it worse?

So I (f23) told this girl (f27) that her now fiancee (27m) cheated on her with me three years ago and now he has threatened me. So I stumbled across these messages I had with this guy from three years ago and God they were so nasty. I was 20 at the time and he was 25. At the time when we texted I asked if he was in a relationship with his now fiancee (27f) and he said no they weren’t and they were broken up because of some issues with his deployment. (Works in the Army as a nuclear engineer). Let’s call him Jayden and her Yuri. So Jayden told me they were not together and him and Yuri had broken up. So we talked some and would text all the time. We were sexual and would send pics to each other. Well eventually I stopped talking to him because he always just wanted to talk about sex and would say weird stuff and request weird stuff. Like he one time asked me for my address and I gave it to him and a week later I got a package from him and it was a clone-a-Willy mold of his package and he told me to send him a video of me using it.

So three years pass and I am high one night and I find our old messages, so I look him up and he is dating Yuri. I go and check out her page and they have been together for a while and we’re together when we were talking. I felt so guilty about it that I messaged her the evidence. She texted me asking me why I am putting myself in her business and she was blocking me. Well right after those texts from her I get a text from Jayden and he says he is going to ruin my life. I don’t think he will be able to find me because I did everything through a spam account but I’m so scared he will find me. I feel like an idiot because what if he figures out it’s me.
