so I’ve had a problem with irritation bumps recently

This piercing is nearly 8 months old I do saline spray once a day and I cleaned it and checked on my ear and come across this tonight. Is this an infection and should I be worried. (It’s only red from moving my ear otherwise it’s fine). It doesn’t hurt or anything. It’s titanium jewellery too. Not been downsized yet but hoping to do so very soon. I’m just so worried now seeing this.

So I’ve had this piercing since September 2025 and I have this lump on the back is it an irritation bump? I’ve had it for a while. No pus comes out of it and my ear doesn’t hurt so I don’t think it’s infected. I do still get a bit of crusting though

Has anyone modified a tommee tippee ultra light dummy with a magnet? If so do they work well or can you see the magnet through the middle of the dummy? Don’t want to pay £10 for 2 dummies for it not to work
