Worm88.

Link: https://archiveofourown.org/works/73657381/chapters/192037701

I have not read this fic, I do not wish to waste my time reading possible neo-nazi propaganda. I have simply seen it commonly on worm-story-search when I check if anything i *am* reading (that is on ao3) has updated.

The fic seems focused on the idea of accepting horrible circumstances (like working with neo-nazis) in order to deal with even worse circumstances. This is based solely on the title.

I just wanted to ask if anyone else had read this, and if it was just blatant nazi apologia, or if it actually executed its core concept well.

As, and this hopefully goes without saying, would not like to spend my time reading this if it is anything like A Ruinous Gift.

EDIT: Apparently, the protagonist is a self insert, which tells me everything I need to know, I apologize for wasting your time by making this post. It is almost definitely nazi propaganda and not worth reading.

Hastur.

These are less than half of the examples I have, because during the organic ones I didn't think to take a screenshot.

But, its been ten separate games now, where Hastur has just... been there. The 4th one is the first case, in which he just came out of a sacred spring, but since then he has always been present, a constant thorn in my side, in almost every game I play, in the early game, he will show up, block progress, rack up a massive opportunity cost, and then wander off before I can build up enough to kill him. He is just. Always. There.

And even if he doesn't show up, when I either lose or save then resign to take a peek at the map (because I'm a scumbag) he is just... there. Often just a few tiles off from discovered territory. Waiting.

Did I turn left or something? Why is he always here???

Dog with cushings refusing to eat.

This is Macie. She is 9 years old and suffering from Cushings disease. Which we are treating with Trilostane, as well as Proin for urinary incontinence.

However, due to the Trilostane, she is suffering extreme nausea to the point of barely eating any food. We have tried treating this with Metoclopramide (all vet prescriptions.) But she still refuses to eat regularly. We have tried several different kinds of wet food, dry food, chicken, etc. But she will only ever eat after often days of eating nothing. This has been going on for months now. (Routine veterinarian communication) and we are at a loss for how we can make her eat. I am aware force feeding a dog is dangerous and I do not wish to do this.

What options are there?

Sacrifice Economy in the Apocalypse.

Apocalypse message, broken by the Empire Cardinal on year 5. Unsure why, no demonic invasion going on.

Distance between the territory I have explored and the infernal pit.

How do I maintain my sacrifice economy in the Apocalypse? I'm playing as the High Priestess on year 5 and I know the desert is going to take up the entire world and is going to ruin all my avenues of Sacrifice income. This is the first time experiencing the Apocalypse so I'm not really sure what to do with this.

Using Ragnar Sfx's Elysium Remastered mod, map is 100x100, made using the map editor with random fancy terrain turned on and I added the capital city.

I dont think I've seen *too* many examples of this. But there have been a couple. What is the point of taking Taylor out of the locker and just dropping her in another world? What does it accomplish? She hasn't *done* anything yet. You don't have a Worm crossover you have a random depressed teenager.

I simply do not see the point of it. No hate intended to any of the authors of these kinds of fics.

Edit: I phrased the body text poorly. I wish to clarify that I think Taylor at the beginning of the story is a very interesting character, and she is my favorite character in Worm. I meant that I failed to see the point of doing a Worm crossover if youre not taking a character that has been active and engaged with the world of Worm. Taylor at canon start is an interesting character, but still mundane.
