I got an invitation for an open group interview at my local old navy and was wondering what that will look like.
Will they ask me questions one one one or in front of other applicants and everyone hears the answers. That would make me so nervous and I hope it’s not like that.
Also they said they are specifically looking for people who can start as early as 5 am, for stocking and visuals; what are the responsibilities that I’d have to do.

I recently got hired for dollarama and after a 4 hr shift at the original location, I asked them if I can work at a closer location and they agreed and so a couple days later I did 2 shift for total of 8 hrs at the new location. Then on the first thursday after i got hired i was expecting to get paid as i was under the impression that the payday is every thursday. I got paid but only for the 4 hrs at the first location.
Are the other eight hours supposed to roll onto the next payday? Maybe they don’t have my direct deposit information yet I’m not sure I’m kind of scared to ask but like by next Thursday if I don’t get paid like I am definitely planning on talking to them but like is this normal?

Hey I plan on taking my test in the next two weeks and I need to know exactly what to master so I can be prepared for whatever they will ask me to do. Someone pls give me a run down. I’m gonna take my test in chilliwack, so i need some advice from someone who did this recently in chilliwack or close by.

Hey, I just got hired as a store associate at the dollarama furthest from me and tomorrow is supposed to be my first day. Everything was perfect but i just wish it wasn’t 20 mins away

So out of curiosity I checked the website and now I see that suddenly there’s another opening for the same position but at the dollarama that’s closest to me.

As I don’t have my license yet and because it’s in an isolated location i’d have to take many buses that would make the commute long and inconvenient. I didn’t care at first as I just wanted a job but now the possibility of something so much much more convenient is driving me crazy

Just fyi I literally applied on wednesday and got hired right away and tomorrow is saturday. I really would rather work at the dollarama closer to me so how should i go about this situation. Is it too soon to bring up to my manager at my current location as I literally haven’t met them ever and I don’t want to risk losing this job just to not get hired for the other one

I need helpppp, what’s the best way to go about this???
