Staying safe on this sub

After yesterday’s update I would like to share some tips on how to avoid any unwanted attention:

- even if your post/comment history is set to private, third-party websites are being used to look at user’s posts. Make a new account to post here if you share a lot, or have shared a lot of personal info on Reddit

- be mindful of commenting on anyone connected to anti-Tattlers (Lauryn Goodman, Jess Taylor, Steph Vavron etc). Even commenting positively on people’s accounts who have spoken out against them can be a dogwhistle for plonkers that you are a Tattler or a Redditor

- if you receive any unwanted friend requests to your personal social media or interactions, don’t specify when it was on here as this can then be used to link your Reddit account to you

If anyone does receive anything of the such, particularly any threats or LegalGPT communications, please feel free to send to me so I can add to my collection, and clarify that what has been said holds as much weight as a fart in the countryside. Everything will be kept entirely confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

Sounds very over the top, and to be honest, rather pathetic but I’ve encountered a couple of people over the last year who have been worried sick by aforementioned behaviour and it brings me great pleasure to be able to help quash the bullying attempts.

Neil follows Sian and Annie Kilner on Instagram

Not sure how long he has followed them for but I can bet my bottom dollar it’s to scour comments looking for Tattlers. Or perhaps using that Unmask technology.

Unless there’s another reason he would follow them? I certainly can’t think of one.

Cognitive dissonance

From my previous post I was having a look on SB’s Instagram and the comments are wild. I could understand if you have a thread on Tattle as you’re directly affected. But who are these people?

Are they fans of people they’ve never met and have gone on to a page of someone they don’t know to leave hateful comments? They read a news report, believed every word and then thought they’d go and blast abuse on a stranger’s page? Hmm…

Why is everyone on the side of Tattle the automatic bad guy but those who adore people they’ve never met who are willing to go and give abuse to others the good guys?

I’ve never left negative comments on someone’s social media before, but if I comment on Tattle that Lauryn Goodman is awful for selling “magic fertility beads” or Jess Taylor is dishonest for the things she says, it’s me who is the bad guy? I almost feel sorry for some of them that they are so wilfully blind to the poor behaviour of some influencers.

Failed influencer narrative since the documentary

In the BBC documentary it was referenced that Sebastian was a vegan influencer. It also showed a video expressing annoyance that regular influencers could sell cookbooks purely because it had their face on it. Which is something I could understand if I had a niche and then influencers were able to outsell me purely from their influencer clout.

Since then Jessica Taylor has formed this “failed influencer” narrative which infers that the reason for Tattle is due to SB being unsuccessful as an influencer.

Hold up, I’ve had a look at the reviews on Amazon on his recipe book and he seemed to have sold a decent amount and get some good reviews - in comparison to some of Jessica’s books he overshadows her by a lot. So how are we measuring failure exactly? His Instagram also had a decent following and I recall him talking about brand deals he got which were worth a lot, and it was at this point he felt as though influencing was a con and didn’t feel authentic to him.

The audacity of this grifter knows no bounds!

The latest excerpt

Furious I can no longer join in on Tattle, this thread is right up my street but anyways, I find this VERY interesting the way Jess has framed the relationship.

Not that I’m making excuses for Jaimi as she is complicit and old enough to know better, but I do think that Jess has really laid things on thick to her. I believe it’s now a case of “we can’t let them win”, which is a very bad place to be in a relationship because you don’t want the “haters” to be proven right.

But yeah, I don’t think she’s realised how that reads, it’s not so much “me and my wife find comfort in each other because of these awful stalkers”, but more “we will stay in this relationship no matter what to prove the haters wrong”. What a dangerous place to be in. With someone determined to do anything to keep you to prove others wrong…

And here comes the conspiracy…

Actually, I think she could write it considering the rest of the fictions she’s spouted.

Why are so many online trolls women?

I don’t know who this is. Obviously personal experience which I have no issue with anyone sharing and giving their opinion on but I think the language is misleading.

Firstly, define “troll” and ensure that it’s accurately defined.

Secondly, speaking about online “trolls” and then using your sample as Mumsnet or Tattle users is far from an accurate observation of online trolling. Mumsnet and Tattle have a handful of users compared to other social media platforms. And of course, their userbase is mainly women so there’s that.

Again, no issue with people talking about their personal experience but I feel like this has been sensationalised to make out as though women are the biggest trolls in society which sort of distorts reality. I just think the wording is misleading.

What about right-wing trolls? Incel trolls? Racist trolls? My online observation tends to put them as male, and often includes criminally illegal postings.

The appeal

I’m going to try my best to explain the whats and whys as simply as possible. I can only go off what I’ve seen, so hopefully I’ve not missed anything. Being on this sub for a while will mean you’ve seen various pieces of evidence which suggest there is a lot more to the case than 1) has been mentioned in the judgement 2) has been mentioned when it comes to this new appeal. Unfortunately, at the moment they may be irrelevant or unusable…

The original case was won by default - defamation, harassment, misuse of private information and data protection.

It was won by default because there was no defence, and it also looked as though SB had wilfully ignored legal correspondence.

What Sebastian did wasn’t actually an appeal, he made an application to set the judgement aside on the basis he was unaware of it.

This means that Sebastian’s argument at this stage would be relevant to matters in awarding the judgement in this absence - the matter of whether or not there was defamation etc. wouldn’t come into it. All that needs to be established is whether or not there were procedural issues, the defendant wasn’t aware.

The appeal which has been granted will likely only be looking at one key issue - was Justice Humphreys correct in his decision to set the original decision aside.

The Court of Appeal could reinstate the original judgement - this would be the worst outcome for Sebastian and the only route would then be for him to take it to Supreme Court. They could effectively order a retrial - at this point it will then mean that SB will be able to argue against the original claim of defamation. They could also agree that Judge Humphreys was correct and the judgement should be set aside.

My opinion - having seen the judgement which reports the document was sent via a link and evidence shows the link was never opened, along with the legal team admitting they hadn’t disclosed that they knew of SB’s identity earlier than they did. They are fundamentally huge procedural failings which are entirely relevant to Justice Humphrey’s decision. JH was quite fair in the judgement and gave a wide berth to things which other judges may have deemed outright misconduct.

Who was behind Tattlelife.com

Sure this has been discussed before but probs gotten lost with the scrapping of the old Tattle sub.

Pic 1 was when it was first made and then Pic 2 is what it looks like today.

Court ordered request to GoDaddy to find out who is behind TattleLife.com wouldn’t be good for old MeanHope’s identity who was breadcrumbing under court restrictions. I’m sure SB has all of this though, he’s a clever fella, and manages to keep his cards close to his chest instead of flashing them to all and sundry 😋

Dr Jessica Taylor: Untruths of experience and insinuating clinical experience where she has none

Stalking support which Jess Taylor fails to mention to vulnerable people

I’ve only learned from reading the Substack from the brilliant Kerry Daynes, Forensic Psychologist with decades of experience, that there are multiple places of support for victims of stalking. I wanted to do a post to highlight this in case any of Jess’s followers happen to see these posts, they can save themselves £22 buying her book and reach out to some professionals:

We have excellent services - the National Stalking Helpline at the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, Paladin, Action Against Stalking, the Hollie Gazzard and Alice Ruggles Trusts and more.

If you or someone you know is being stalked, the National Stalking Helpline is available on 0808 802 0300. Report every incident to police. Documentation is protective. If you need mental health support, please don’t be afraid to ask for it.

I thought we’d had all of our treats for the year…

But seemingly we’re being given more and more! The Substack on JT was sensational… a respected FORENSIC psychologist with actual frontline experience (not just a bunch of exaggerations peddled to make themselves sound super duper important) called JT out for what she is.

Any predictions of what else we might be getting?

Disclaimer - I can only speak for myself but had the anti-Tattle brigade not been so loud and lied I wouldn’t really give a toss about all this. I hate liars and people who weaponise things to get their own way so I’m fully enjoying the downfall of the likes of Jess and Neil. CLEAN HANDS DOCTRINE 4LYF x

“I only care about my kids”… Names child after her idol’s Instagram caption.

We all know there are an abundance of receipts that show how low Lauryn will stoop to either get herself in the press or throw a dig at Annie, but of all the batshittery I’ve ever seen. It has to be her naming her child after a post Annie made after the first illegitimate child was born.

Annie posted “a storm doesn’t last forever” underneath a beautiful photo of herself

3 years later, after probably studying Annie’s Instagram on the daily, she chooses to name the second illegitimate child “Kinara Storm”. She chose to live forevermore with that reference tied to her, and bring her children into her bitter and petulant games. It was a real “haha gotcha” moment in LG’s deluded mind to send the message that her children will be around permanently.

Now could it be coincidence? After seeing numerous other examples where Annie has posted something and then LG has followed up like the crumb scooper she is with something related. I highly doubt it. Plus the fact the first child has more traditional middle names, it doesn’t fit the pattern.

FYI… it’s a mental illness.

The Brighton stalker posts that K&A have welcomed their baby BEFORE they have said anything

Apparently Annie hasn’t had the baby.

Wouldn’t surprise me if she begged the papers to print that story purposely so she could make that pathetic post.

Who on earth does she think she is?! She defo DOESN’T have a personality, perhaps she missed out the word “disorder”, we’ve already seen from Celebs Go Dating and interviews she’s given that she’s as boring as stale, burnt, dry toast with a nasally voice that could cause you to burst your own eardrums to avoid hearing.

“Welcome to this crazy world lil girl”. What an utter freak. Nobody’s child needs bad juju from her mentioning their existence.

I’m sorry but what the hell is wrong with “Dr” Jessica Taylor?

I’ve become morbidly fascinated with the drivel she spouts but also alarmed at the stuff she promotes as someone who positions themselves as a psychologist.

The bottom of the screenshot is just mind-boggling, like wtf is she even on about?!

She claims that women who report stalking don’t have mental illness and it’s some sort of misogynistic tactic to diagnose them with such. I’ve no doubt that some women absolutely have been wrongfully diagnosed with mental illness instead of being believed but her claims are dangerous!

Has this woman ever come across someone with severe mental illness?! I seriously doubt it because there is no way you can deny that certain illnesses shouldn’t be “pathologised” until you see someone in the depth of a manic episode, I’d love to see her talk therapy her way out of that!

I’m not a medical person but I have been very close at points in my life with people with bipolar and other illnesses. Seeing vulnerable people lapping up her musings under her posts makes my blood boil, they should be signposted for proper support, not enabled into further delusions by this dry-lipped grifter!

And THIS is why Tattle should exist, people like her, Lauryn Goodman and others who grift their way through life should have their behaviour laid out with receipts for everyone to see.

Silence

Not massively up to date with the goings on of the Brighton stalker recently but I’m assuming she’s been pretty quiet - at least quiet concerning her usual posts digging at A&K…

Does anyone know when she’s been quiet since?

Just wondering if it may coincide with what we learned yesterday about the legal team having to apologise back in March for not disclosing they knew SB’s identity, at that point they would’ve been made aware that the verdict would be compromised from their perspective.

Or did A&K finally get some sort of legal protection? Or has she finally stopped with her nonsense?

Any ideas?

🙋🏽‍♀️

I’ve been on this sub for quite a while now and haven’t been quiet (lol sorry not sorry I just love a chinwag) but just because I have opinions, that doesn’t automatically equal illegal or wrongdoing. I’ve been told I am committing all sorts of wrongs and been argued with that I will be hauled before the courts. Now seems like the appropriate time to disclose that I am legally educated to post-graduate level, so from my perspective, the goings on in this sub have been far more sinister than most give it credit for.

To bully and threaten people into silence, flaunting an abundance of wealth and a legal team is absolutely diabolical. I have been privy to numerous DMs/emails which have been sent to users in this sub, it isn’t my place to share them and I won’t, but trust me when I say, they are vile. The cocky DMs I received - along with the link to a supposed “legal letter” which I didn’t open were all laughable to me, because I KNOW I didn’t do anything wrong. There is a whole catalogue of evidence which has been collated over the months.

I hope anyone who was affected by threats or harassment and is reading from afar feels some sense of justice and encouragement from today’s judgement. I will continue to contribute my opinions and commentary on whichever matter I see fit, and as always I will do so in a fair and LEGAL manner. I hope everyone else does the same. My DMs are always open for anyone who is impacted by what I’ve discussed and will stay between us.

I think it’s safe to say that they’re a sad individual who purports to being doing some sort of vigilante justice to protect particularly unscrupulous influencers from big bad “trolls”, when in actual fact it’s all self-serving and a cover for being a nasty piece of work bully.

TU isn’t truly interested in the morals they feign to uphold, which is that people on Tattle are the bad guys and everyone who has a thread is a victim of bullying. No, they cherry pick who they think deserves their BTEC level of revenge, and refuse to operate for influencers they themselves don’t like. Yes, the bar must be in hell if LG meets the criteria but others are a no-go.

But worse than that, they have no problem at all with throwing people who helped them under the bus. People who naïvely trusted them and bought into what they were doing as something helpful and kind. People who were lonely and struggled to make friends. TU used them and then turned on them when they realised that TU isn’t the social justice warrior they make out they are. Some might say it is grooming to befriend and use vulnerable people on the internet for your own self-gratifying purposes.

TU has been on this sub behind numerous profiles lately posting pictures and doxxing one of their victims. They first did it and claimed that the person was TU, in an attempt to entice bullying and a pile on, but it fell flat.

TU, you don’t need to entice bullying, you’re capable of doing that all by yourself.

I’ve been having a read of her Tattle, which I have to admit is one of the most on-point threads I’ve read on Tattle, there are very little “low quality” digs, it’s all very factual and opinions based on her content. This review of one of her books was posted and I thought it was hilarious, she obvs didn’t realise that her account would pull through.

No wonder she is desperate to get her threads closed down, there are an abundance of receipts on there which show what an out and out liar, fantasist and grifter she is. I genuinely think her behaviour is worthy of a documentary.
