I was started taking art on 23 june after 1 week I start pain in left deltoid, back shoulder blade and back neck , and pain is too intense that I woke up at night because of pain. every night start at 2am and pain start to go away after 7am. And my CD4 was 140 on start of ART. Medical staff says my liver enzymes are elevated but liver is fine. What going on with me. Does any having this ?

I m from odisha, 2 day ago i tested for hiv positive. Now i m struggling to go to ART centre because it's very close to my home like 200m or 100m. My concern is the people who works there. Probably gonna know me. My Brain stop working by thinking all that.

I first noticed the pain while washing myself. Water touching the area caused pain. When I took a photo at that time, there was nothing visible. A few days later, the pain got worse, and when I took another photo, a circular sore had appeared like this. It is very painful to touch, and even water touching it causes pain.
