I picked up this kiyohime and two other maple bonsais today I was wondering if it is safe for the plant if I cut off these roots so it sits flush

I got my first maple today this one is a acer palmatum viridis it looks to be in rough shape so any ideas on how to get it looking healthy again?

It says only 300 were imported by k-var in 1999 I searched YouTube and the internet for any type of four position ak selector kit and nothing comes up is this the only 4 position ak selector kit I’ve never seen something like it

Is this cannabis growing on a road in NorCal and if it is is it male or female
