I have methane SIBO (IMO). Should I take neomycin, or should I take rifaximin as well? I’ve also been dealing with anhedonia and occasional bloating for a long time. Has anyone found anything that actually worked for them? Thanks so much!

I've been taking nystatin for 4 days to treat a fungal infection, and I've been feeling extremely tired and completely drained of energy. Is this a normal side effect, or could it be something else? Should I stop taking it or keep going?
