Insomniacs After School - This Was I think the second one I ever watched and still has not been topped imo, ts is peak and the manga is just as good. Along with this the characters and the vibes are art style is also amazing

Tsukigakirei - I loved chill vibes this one had, also its incredibly diabetic and kinda mature in the fact that they can talk to each other

A+ Tier

The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity - Is it male wish fulfillment? Yes. Do I care? No. Its just wholesome and the side characters are great, the manga (while it can get a bit boring) is looking great rn

TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You - Since watching this has kinda been moving up, probably will be #3 soon enough for me, its just so chill, and their already married so they cant be stupid and fuck it up. Also the manga is peak.

You and I Are Polar Opposites - Season finale is almost here so were waiting, but also this has possibly the best side couples of any show ive seen

The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten - Wish fulfillment once again, but their dynamic is also great, season 1 is probably 3rd imo, but season 2 brings it down a bit.

A- Tier

Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions - Did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did. Also somehow was crying a bit during the end of season 1. S2 was a little more boring but S1 and the Movie were great.

I Want to End this Love Game - Childhood friends are possibly the greatest thing someone could have thought of when writing. And they do it good, also the mangas pretty good.

The Ramparts of Ice - Im surprised on how deep this was, ik im going to hate watching the next like 5 episodes but gotta see it through. I would prefer if we could throw momoka off of a bridge.

Josee, the Tiger and the Fish - I really enjoyed this one, even though it was a movie. Pretty deep imo, and also the only version of the story with a happy ending.

Oh Boy, Was I Wrong About Her - The first like 6 episodes were a lot stronger imo, but im a sucker for childhood friends.

Pseudo Harem - You see them become and be as a couple too? Great, also its wholesome as hell

B+ Tier

Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You - Season 2 was pretty mid, but 1 and 3 (especially 3) carried this hard. Also the manga for this is great because their no longer absolute dumbasses.

I Have a Crush at Work - Extremely chill and a little more mature, also they already are together so they dont have a chance to be stupid.

I Made Friends with the Second Prettiest Girl in My Class - I get why everyone likes this one, but then some parts felt a bit boring.

Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky - Shit, who cutting the onions here. I was scared for like the month period between eps 7-12

Taisho Otome Fairy Tale - Incredibly fluffy and cute. They actually like each other (i think) their all adorable

The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague - This is so calming to watch, and the manga more or less continues on this same trend so its great.

B- Tier

Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible - The manga def carries more weight for me than the anime, but the anime is still adorable

A Galaxy Next Door - They are adults, and can talk to each other. Also the siblings are mvps of the story.

Snow White with the Red Hair - The vibe is so peaceful despite being more olden time of the story. Was depressed when i found out that one of the guards straight up rejected the other one tho.

An Observation Log of My Fiancée Who Calls Herself a Villainess - Like the complete opposite in vibe to snow white, but just as wholesome.

Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie - Theres not much character depth, but its still a fun watch, and they already dating so they cant be that stupid.

A Sign of Affection - The FL is really cute, but didnt really like the ML, bro has no personality. (Also been seeing the childhood friend or whatever on reels, bro had his chance long ago he ass anyway)

The Duke of Death and His Maid - Lil bit of a gooner show, but pretty deep. Although i kinda felt the reason for getting rid of the curse was underwhelming.

Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku - Childhood Friends. Yes. But it is kinda boring and their relationship doesnt progress to much

C Tier

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian - Is this really even a romance anime. Anyway Yukis the best, and theres no convincing me otherwise.

My Happy Marriage - Chill but has some of the action sequences, but is overall a healthy relationship.

Horimiya - Please dont Crucify Me

Tamako -love story- While its not that great as a movie, the confession scene is probably my favorite

My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999 - Its pretty cute, dropped it for a while but im glad i finally finished it.

Senryu Girl - Would be great if they got alll the way to the confession (its much further down the line in the manga) but its a good SOL.

365 Days to the Wedding - The pacing of this really confused me, but overall cute ig?

Rich Girl Caretaker: - Uhhhh idk what the point of watching this was tbh, left way more confused than when i started.

Aharen-san wa Hakarenai - Just found it Boring

Komi Can’t Communicate - Boring but with no romantic development

The Ogre's Bride - I feel like its kinda random, you dont really see any reason for them to like each others its just fate and shit ig.

The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt - The vibe is actually pretty good, but the animation and the ML kinda ruined it

The Side characters in Horimiya is the only reason the Show is as popular as it is

And More than a Married Couple is one of the most poorly Written shows Ive watched

First off i want to add, this show might (personally) be the first show in a while which broke into my top 6-8 or so, I loved it

S1 had a scene in one of the final episodes, (honestly forgot which specific one) which somehow got my ass crying, but overall i though season 1 was the best out of the 3 installments

S2 was more or less just like some SOL, again however as this series likes to do the 2nd half is always so much better than the first half, still fine and chill, just not as good as the first season

The movie was surprisingly really good, and I enjoyed it almost the same as Season 1, though it had less of the emotional drama, there was more romance which is always appreciated, and its still adorable throughout

So yea, I thought this show was great (def not for everyone with the second hand cringe), but wanted to know any ones elses opinion

Recently watched this and i cant lie, i left the show feeling more confused than when i started. Also idk if this is just a me thing, but where does the hate for shiori originate from exactly, i thought she was more or less fine in the anime. Also ive never seen a show obliterate the romantic progress AFTER the first 6/7 episodes pass. I gotta be missing something because i just didnt think it was great at all.

Hear Me Out. I kinda like how the characters after they statr dating arent yk shy, unlike someone ik. Tbf i havent read the LN for Angel next door, but just going off of the 8 Manga volumes and the 2 Seasons, I enjoyed the other one a little more.

1. Insomniacs after school (10/10) - My favorite one, the art is amazing, and the stroy is beautifully written, probably the only 10/10 in the genre (imo)
2. Tuski Ga Kirei (9.8/10) - Chill and probably the most realistic school based romance anime, some sequences feel like copies of stuff i've personally experienced as well
3. Fragrant Flower (9.8/10) - Everyone in the cast is great (the friends are fantastic), and WE love Rintaro and Karuko
4. Tonari no Kuderella wo Amayakashitara, Uchi no Aikagi wo Watasu Koto ni Natta (9.8/10) - Only a manga ive read so far (english translation) but its just ANDSMR but better imo, Yui is so adorable and i hope (they wont) they make a anime adaptation
5. The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten (9.7/10) - Season 1 is great, S2 is a lil more boring, still cute and fluffy tho and we (yes we) love that
6. You and I are polar Opposites (9.5/10) - The side cast is great as well, and S2 is looking great so far (im keeping up with the dub because I love it).
7. Tonikawa over the moon for you (9.4/10) - The manga keeps the cute and fluffiness from the anime, and the anime itself is also cute, (we also love to see that Nasa a lil bit of a freak).
8. Kimi ni Todoke (9/10) - I cant lie I skipped like 5 episodes bec I was not trying to watch another stretched out misunderstanding, but S3 is great.
9. I want this love game to end (8.9/10) - Surprisingly loved it, more because of the childhood friends trope (i love for some reason), but it has REALLY fluffy moments
10. Pseudo Harem (8.7/10) - the first 3 eps are a bit of a drag but after that its great
11. I Have a Crush At Work (8.7/10) - Pretty mature and wholesome, one of the few (chill) animes with a decent about of implied (yk what)
12. Taisho Otome Fairy Tale (8.7/10) - Yuzu's perfect in like every way, but I love how the MC's a teacher like that
13. I made friends with the 2nd prettiest Girl in Class (8.6/10) - Its also really adorable, and the friends are good as well, it does get a lil messy in the manga but it ends fine (iykyk)

1. Insomniacs after school (10/10) This is my favorite one by Far, tbh idk why just resonated a lot with me. The art style is also beautiful. Also probably one of the most emotionally mature throughout the entire list, the only issue I could see with it is that their relationship is kinda just perfect without any real struggles. But the struggles are portrayed heavily for each of the Mc's selves so idrc abt that.
2. Tuski Ga Kirei (9.8/10) Really grounded and calm, extremely realistic as some of the scenes are stuff in which ive actually been through
3. Fragrant Flower (9.8/10) Stong romeo and juliette vibes, but surprisingly calm and relaxing the mcs are great and so are animations + side characters
4. The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten (9.7/10) First season carries WAY more weight tbh, but the animation of the 2nd one is up there
5. You and I are polar Opposites (9.5/10) Cute and Hyper, just started S2 (im watching the dubbed ones as they come out)
6. Tonikawa over the moon for you (9.4/10) just 95% Cute with the 5% mystery of Tsukasa. Also its nice and kinda funny that nasa lowk a lil freaky smt.
7. Kimi ni Todoke (9/10) Honestly skipped like 5 episodes because i was not trying to watch another misunderstanding, but season 3 carries harder than 2022 steph curry in the finals
