For those trying to lower temps on the RG DS . I tried to lower temps with Heatsink and thermal pad and copper tape like other reddit posts did . I suggested drilling holes on the bottom shell for ventilation . I only found this guy that did it and it sums up my conclusion same as his

I have similar conclusion with this guy on thermal temperatures for the RG DS, The heatsink , thermal pads i did doesn't work when there is no ventilation.

In my other post i was wondering if anyone had drilled holes on the bottom shell because the device heats up too much. This guy did . It is a good video to watch and explains it perfectly.

Has anyone tried drill some holes/mod the bottom shell so that the temp of RG DS lowers? Bottom gets too hots even with some thermals to spread the heat.

This is more of a deal breaker than i thought .

I am interested on buying Miyoo flip but i am seeing too many people buying it and have problems with the hinge even there is someone with hinge breaking on V2.1

My question is why keep Buying Miyoo Flip when you know the hinge is not good and will keep breaking ,instead of buying the Anbernic 35/34xsp?
